Cellared Bordeaux
2014 Oct 7

Join us for a technical tasting of cellared Bordeaux wines from two excellent vintages: 1989 and 1996. These wines have been quietly maturing in the Grand Cru cellar and it’s time to try them. One of the great benefits of belonging to the Grand Cru Society is the unique opportunity to taste wines like these at a reasonable cost.

  • 1989 Ch. Margaux (90pts, drink to 2025)
  • 1989 Ch. Mouton-Rothschild (90pts, drink to 2017)
  • 1989 Ch. Pichon-Longueville Baron (95pts, drink to 2027)
  • 1996 Ch. Grand-Puy-Lacoste (93pts, drink to 2030)
  • 1996 Ch. Leoville-Poyferre (93pts, drink to 2028)
  • 1996 Ch. Palmer (91pts, drink to 2028)

Coq au Vin will be served after the tasting. Registration information to follow.

Priority will be given to current members of the Grand Cru Society.
