WHOLE HOG BUBBA Q BARBECUE

This year for our annual barbecue, we will have Pit Master, Jim Bubba Barber roast a whole hog on his wood smoked barbecue. This is real Southern Barbecue, served with Bubba’s stampede beans, red skinned mash with garlic butter, creamy cole slaw and corn bread and then followed by apple caramel crumble pie.

And of course, it will be washed down with a variety of barbecue whites, roses and reds. Come for some great food, interesting wine matches and a fun time.

The Shaganappi Community Hall has room inside and outside so we’re able to handle whatever Calgary weather can throw at us. This is a great event to introduce guests to our society or to socialize with your fellow members.
