Dinner: 6:00 p.m.

  • Reception: Pinot Grigio – 2012, Dotoressa di Lago, Zonte’s Footstep
  • First course: Traditional Panzanella salad paired with NV, Garbèl Brut Prosecco Treviso
  • Second course: Italian Anise-studded Sausage Arrancini with Arribiatta sauce paired with 2007, Poggerino Chianti Classico
  • Third course: Seared Tataki of Ahi Tuna with lemon oil, roast gold beets, and smoked Maldon salt flakes paired with 2007, Sandrone Barbera d’Alba
  • Fourth course: Seared Lamb Loin on Taggiasche olive cous cous with braised Fennel and black pepper-scented Tomato foam paired with 2004, Argentiera Bolgheri
  • Fifth course: Gorgonzola cheese paired with 2007, Isole e Olena Vin Santo [a classic pairing]

Tickets: Grand Cru members + 1 guest @$100 ea.

This will be a small Grand Cru Dinner evening for 16

Underground Parking is included with this dinner. Use the 5th Ave. SW entrance to Bow Valley Square & bring your ticket up to the dinner

[If there is sufficient interest, the dinner will be expanded to 24; however, a full complement of 8 additional registrants will be required – a waiting list will be created after the first 16 paid registrants]
